Full sized 48 inch (arc) 39 inch span all over black and white checkered umbrella. 8 rib metal frame with a nylon top. Small checks - about 3/8 inch square. Hook handle and typical automatic opening. This is a nice umbrella, well made and should last you a long time if someone doesn't steal it from you.
